Emma Windows immediately came across as someone I could trust. During my time “between jobs”, I’ve been approached by many different employment agents and, while the first conversation generally goes well, they give absolutely no feedback after that and have to be chased. Emma never was like that and always phoned me to find out how I was doing. She even gave me information that was useful for interviews which others had set up for me.
The process of getting me this job worked well from start to finish, with pertinent information to get me through the process and eventually secure me the job. You have a very able person in Emma and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Many agencies seem to employ recruiters that are not entirely sure what they are recruiting for and with you it was never the case. My first contact with IC Resources was very interesting. After my wife and I started to think about a relocation to UK, USA or Canada, magically, before I started to do any steps towards this goal, you contacted me! After some hesitations, we decided to give it a chance. I emailed our intentions to make a relocation and to find an appropriate position, and the process has begun.
In any business it is quite important to find out those, that are interested in your services. And, I think that in my case, Caroline accomplished it brilliantly. This really allowed me to concentrate on passing the interviews that were suggested to me and not wasting my time on searching an appropriate job and agencies. In this way the IC Resources became my the only guide to the UK market.
All other steps, were great as well. Coordination of my phone, skype interviews, flying me to the UK to meet potentials employers were very effective and fast. I would like also to thank Clare O'Brien for arranging me additional phone calls and meetings. Negotiating with other potential employers helped me a lot in understanding and increasing of my market value as an engineer.

I was very impressed with James throughout the whole application process. I was dealing with several recruitment agents at the time and all of them apart from James seemed quite clueless about the positions offered and appeared to know very little about the industry. James was a tremendous help during my job search. He didn’t flood me with irrelevant roles (unlike other companies) and didn’t rush me off the phone (unlike other companies) when I didn’t get a certain position. Alex contacted me right after I decided to look for a job, as my current contract was finishing 6 month later. My story is quite simple, I graduated from university with a masters degree and started applying for engineering positions in semiconductor companies.
I spent six months (September to February) applying to various companies worldwide through their websites but unfortunately I was unsuccessful in landing
an interview. Then I came across IC Resources online and within two weeks of having contacted Rachel, I was already lined up with two interviews. I probably would

I appreciate the excellent service provided by IC Software. Harry advised positive changes to my CV which helped fetch me the most suitable role in just 15 days since he first contacted me. I have got quite a nice track record with the IC group now, as your team found me as well my previous position. At that time, I had been impressed by the support of Adel Eisa.
So, when I decided it was time to move, I felt like the IC group was the only viable option. I have tried various recruitment agencies over the years, but I've never seen another one like the IC group that combines a great personal support with an impressive amount of interesting job opportunities.
To be fair, you always seem to have the best job offers on the market, to the point that - even when it was taking long for me to find my way out of role - I was convinced that "if the IC group has got nothing available for me, then it means that there is nothing for me at the moment". And the patience paid, thanks as well to the enthusiasm of your consultants (James in my case). It is good to feel like we are never just a number for them and that they are genuinely trying to find a position that suits both the recruiting company and the applicant.
I am kind of a special case, because I made a very poor strategical move after 3 years in my then-young career. Following that move, my positions became less and less technical and I often feared that I would end up as a misfit salesman before turning 35. If it wasn't for your help and trust in my abilities, I would have never gotten the opportunity to return to the technical jobs that I really love doing, so a great thank you for the way you kind of saved my career!
The w job has started well and I can already see that this position will provide me with a lot of fun over the coming years.

This was the second time I used IC Resources to help find a new role for me, and I worked with Caroline both times. I've been more than happy with the service on both occasions. Caroline is very personable on the phone, and is always quick to respond to emails and follow up on actions. She was very supportive throughout.
Caroline is also good at keeping in touch, and indeed had phoned me a few months before I was looking for a new role to see what I was up to. I was teaching at the time and, when I made the decision to move back to the semiconductor industry, I had no hesitation in phoning Caroline to assist me. I was amazed at how quickly things moved from there, and had secured my new role within a month of making that decision.

When I was searching for a new job I got contacted by a lot of headhunters. Many of them interrogated me about my career plans like I was a criminal, some started spamming me with LinkedIn requests, others got my hopes high and I never heard from them again. To put it short, most of them managed to do nothing more but waste my time. Kathy from IC Group, on the other hand, was the only one where I had the feeling she was actually working hard to find me a job. She was communicative and responsive, set up multiple interesting interviews and negotiated my salary well. I'm very grateful for Harry's work in placing me. He was very informative right from the outset - candid in his opinions and advice, quick to communicate. He also managed to arrange for two of the prospective employers to speed up the interview process at a time when I was under pressure with two alternative offers from elsewhere. Everything worked really well from Sean Pook's first contact till the day I was really here in London. As a whole it was quite a long process but all the delays were caused by either holiday seasons or processes. I'm really happy with the way Sean Pook handled this recruitment.
Some positive key issues worth of mentioning:
- Whenever I had any questions, Sean always provided prompt and rapid answers. All in all the it was really easy and comfortable to communicate with Sean. Whether it was e-mail or phone.
- I never had a feeling that things would be pending due to IC creative being there in the middle between me and the client.
- Very human touch towards me. I find this extremely important since I was about to change my life from Finland to England. E.g. friendly confirmation call (to check everything was ok) few days before the d-day was really nice gesture.
- Matching the position and candidate. I mean, I'm really happy to have this job. Suits me perfectly!
So, as you can see from my comments I'm extremely happy with your service.

I came in contact with Rachel Anderson via the recommendation of a former colleague, who was also hired by my previous Company through the IC-resources channels.
I found myself in a position of having to find a professional relocation quickly, since the Start-up Company I had been working with, from its foundation 8 years ago, decided to close the fab operations.
After a couple of days from the submission of my Resume, I was presented with a range of European companies working in the business of semiconductor technology and I chose two of them. I was fortunate enough that already one of them eventually offered me a very attractive position.
